Returns Policy
We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it - unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As with the standard return policy, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it - unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Zipacks Lifetime Warranty
Zipacks warrants the original purchaser that, for the lifetime of the product and under normal use, Zipacks bags and pump will be free from manufacturing defects. This warranty is personal and non-transferable and requires proof of purchase.
The exclusive remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement with an identical or equivalent product (new or refurbished). Refunds or store credits are not covered. Commercial returns are governed by our current Returns and Refunds Policy.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; cuts or punctures; abrasion; exposure to heat or chemicals; overloading or misuse; third-party shipping damage; improper storage; modifications; or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality. For the pump, excluded damages include improper charging, immersion in liquids, or misuse.
To submit a warranty claim, email info@zipacks.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video. We may request that the product be sent in for evaluation. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will send a replacement at no cost.
To the extent permitted by law, Zipacks’ liability is limited to the remedies described above and does not cover incidental or consequential damages. This warranty does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
